The Western Propane Gas Association is a trade and membership service organization that represents propane marketers throughout California. Founded in 1949, the association has grown in its influence while maintaining its core principles of education and safety. The association's primary purpose is to maintain high standards of practice within the industry, and in so doing, protect and expand the ability of its members to compete in the marketplace.

California Propane Road Show -- Coming to a City Near You!
On April 16, 17 and 18, WPGA and the Propane Education & Research Council are co-hosting the California Propane Road Show. The three-day event showcases the latest propane vehicles, including the Roush F-150 pickup, the Blue Bird Vision Series bus, the GM 8.1L engine platform, and the Creative bus cutaway model.
The tour welcomes propane industry members and their customers as well as fleet buyers, school bus purchasing managers and anyone else who is interested in promoting and using clean-burning propane technology at the following locations:
Wednesday, April 16 -- A-Z Bus Sales Co. at 3418 52nd Avenue in Sacramento.
Thursday, April 17 -- Ransome Manufacturing at 3495 S. Maple Avenue in Fresno.
Friday, April 18 -- South Coast Air Quality Management District at 21865 Copley Drive in Diamond Bar.
